Building Local Opportunities for Our Mob
The BLOOM Project is a pathway to opportunity for young Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people aged 15 to 30.
Designed to inspire confidence and unlock potential, BLOOM supports participants through education, employment pathways, industry training, and skills development.
BLOOM empowers Indigenous youth to build meaningful careers across industries like mining, construction, renewables, hospitality, and agribusiness.
Through hands-on learning, workplace experience, and a focus on cultural identity, participants develop work readiness, soft skills, career guidance, and practical industry exposure.
BLOOM also provides recognised certifications, marketable skills, and culturally safe support, helping youth thrive and succeed in their chosen career paths.
